NEW PRODUCTS FOR 2007
NEW JELLIES!
We are introducing 3 new products for this year -
The first one is our Red Wine Garlic Jelly. After much testing and sampling, we settled on just the right amount of rosemary. This gives the jelly a unique flavour that goes with many of your favorite foods.
We have also introduced an all-new Garlic & (White) Wine and Ginger Jelly. The blend of just the right amount of ginger makes this a really interesting addition to many dishes. We think it adds a "little touch of Asia" to many dishes, but it goes well beyond any particular style.
NEW GARLIC OLIVE OIL!
After much testing and evaluation, we have come up with what we think is the ultimate Garlic Olive Oil. It's our all-new premium quality Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil...This one isn't "shy" - it's made for die-hard garlic lovers! The bold aroma and flavour of garlic goes well beyond a "hint" of the good old stinkin'rose!

In Production... We make all our products by hand in small batches. Here is a look at our kitchen during a typical production day.
We prepare everything here in batches in our Health Department certified kitchen. We then move our products into our warehouse area, where they are packed for shipping out to various locations on a regular basis.
Here we are making a batch of our famous Garlic Pepper Jelly, which is one of our most popular products. The recipe was developed by us and we guard it closely. Only a few trusted employees have access to it and our secret manufacturing methods.
The small batch, hand-made nature of our production allows us to maintain strict control of the quality of every one of our products. |
